Meanwhile the supplier qualification, ingredient qualification, advance purchase quality procedures, etc., are the core part of this project.
Recently, I have finished different projects related to ISO 9001 such as “Positive Release Procedures”, “Non-Conformity Procedures”, “Raw Material Handling”, etc., I am also working with R&D and Purchase department to update the risk analysis of the incoming ingredients and materials. On the other hand, my next project is to create the Corporate Crisis Management Plan and Change Management procedures.
Yes, I’m proud to be an ISA. Why?
During this internship, I have deployed all the knowledge which I was taught at ISA Lille. We played the virtual games (Quality Games and SAP Games) at ISA, which help me create the global policies and action plans. The courses related to quality management system & food safety management system facilitates me to integrate into quality department of the company. I would like to thank ISA professors who polished our abilities and make us capable of facing the day-to-day challenges in food industry.
