Financed by the French ministries of European and Foreign Affairs and Higher Education, Research and Innovation, this scholarship is facilitated by Campus France. The MOPGA scholarship offers successful students an excellence grant of €1,190 per month for the duration of their master’s program in France (one or two years). Round-trip airfare and medical insurance are also provided. Students can get more information from their local Espace Campus France.
How to Apply
To be eligible, applicants must:
be currently enrolled to earn or have a Bachelor’s degree
be exclusively of the nationalityand reside in one of the eligible countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea)
not have resided in France after April 1, 2019
be accepted to a master’s program in a French university, starting before October 2020
Since you must already be accepted to a master’s program before applying for the MOPGA scholarship, the first step is to apply to ISA Lille. Start by downloading the application form, then send it with required documents to our International Admissions Office. After that, you will be invited for a scientific assessment and interview. The complete application procedure for our master’s programs is found on our Admissions page. Because there are several steps involved, start now to meet the MOPGA application deadline: April 5. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deadline to apply has been extended to April 26.
