The admissions period at Junia ISA is from Fall to Springeach year, for the following academic year beginning in September. Admission is ongoing and students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. The sooner you apply, the more time you will have to complete the admission process and visa procedure, if applicable.

Admission Requirements


  • High School Diploma, or undergraduate course credits (equivalent to French DUT or Licence), with a background in life sciences: Agriculture, Food Science, Biology, or related field
  • B1 level in French (only language of instruction available at undergraduate level) certified by an official test score (DELF, DALF, French Bac), except students from countries where French is an official language.

Graduate – Master (MScEng)

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Life Sciences (Agriculture, Food Science, Biology, or related field)
  • B2 level in language of instruction (French or English) certified by an official test score (DELF, DALF, French Bac, TOEFL IBT 80, TOEIC 785, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent), except students from countries where the desired language of instruction is an official language.
  • For French-taught programs, a minimum B1 level in English certified by an official test score (TOEFL IBT 80, TOEIC 685, IELTS 5.5 or equivalent), except students from countries where English is an official language.
  • French is NOT required for admission to English-taught programs, but is highly recommended.

Application Procedure

  • Complete your online application
    First, applicants must create an account on our online application platform :
    Then, you must complete the application form and upload all required documents:

    • Copy of national ID or passport

    • Updated CV (max. 2 pages)

    • Motivation letter

    • Certified copies of transcripts of records from all higher education, including current year,

    • Copy of all completed diplomas,

    • Recommendation letter (optional)

    • Official language certificate (french and/or english) – see prerequisites.

    Other documents may be requested according to your profile.
  • Etudes en France
    If your nationaly and current country of residence are the same and listed below, you must complete the Campus France Etudes en France procedure at the same time as your Junia admission application :

  • Individual Interview
  • 1st - 2nd Year : no interview, file review only
  • 3è année : possible interview in addition to the file review
  • 4è année : file review and interview

    Graduate applicants are invited to participate in a 30-min interview (videoconference) with the Academic Advisor desired program. This step is important to assessing your motivationfor studying at Junia ISA and, most of all, gives us the chance to get to know you better.

Application Form

The admissions period for the 2021-2022 academic year at Junia ISA will open November 5th, 2020. The deadline of application is March 11th, 2021 for the Undergraduate and June 15th,2021 for the Graduate.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
