Exchange students


Fall semester or academic year: April 30th
Spring semester: October 31st

Step 1 : Nomination by Home Institution International Office

Home Institution International Office gives ISA the following information:

  • Name of students
  • Email address
  • Intended field of studies
  • Intended language of studies

Step 2 : Application forms

Students have to fill in the application form and learning agreement and prepare the following documents:

  • Transcripts of academic records (all higher education)
  • Language certificate (in English if intended courses in English, in French if intended courses in French)
  • CV
  • Statement letter
  • Passport-size picture in a JPEG format
  • Passport
  • Checklist 

All documents have to be sent by email by the Home Institution International Office to

Incomplete and/or individual applications will not be taken into consideration.

Step 3 : Admission documents

ISA will send the Home Institution International Office the Admission Package (Admission letter and Information Guide). 

Non-European students will then be able to start the visa application procedure.

Step 4 : Arrival and orientation

The Orientation Session generally starts about a week before the start of the academic semester. It includes administrative activities, general information sessions, French classes and Intercultural communication classes.

It is mandatory for all international students.
