The ISA Group: an Engineering institute with an international purpose

If the international competition hits the corporate world, it is getting more and more present in the educational world.
The European harmonization of the higher education system already allows all students to realize a part of their curriculum, or even obtain their degree in a European university.
The setting of ECTS credits, the semester system and the harmonization of the exit levels are all contributing to this cultural melting pot.
The Engineering institutes have always supported the development of companies. And yet those companies, in particular in the fields of life sciences, are planning to set up sites or are already present in other countries.
To follow this evolution, the ISA Group has to develop international mobility, an ambitious welcome policy for foreign students, understandable training programs from a foreign student’s point of view, programs in other countries, be present in countries where companies are setting up to help them recruit and train the local executives they will need.
The international axis is therefore a priority and this has been for few years now. The intensive weeks in English language, our participation to the n + i programme, the European student exchange programs, our setting up in Romania (ISFRADA programme), in China (MSc International Food Markets Management) and in India (MSc Sustainable Food Manufacturing Management) are the first major successes of our internationalization.
